Following our appointment to provide Civil, Structural and geo-environmental designs for this traditional residential development, PWA produced detailed substructure and superstructure designs for the proposed dwellings with our civil engineering department contributing drainage, highway, and external works designs.
We worked closely with our longstanding client Skipton Properties to provide an exclusive courtyard-style development, intended to blend effortlessly with the surrounding landscape. Many features of the development were chosen to emulate the former mill in both siting and scale.
