Description: Construction of new head office within a very tight space and adjacent to a
Grade II listed building. We designed a modern open plan office to maximise the internal floor area and an external shell that reflected Hollorforth Hall. The client was a civil engineer and requested that the structure was exposed and detailed to reflect an interior suitable for displaying modern art.
