Over the last 21 years Paul Waite Associates Ltd have been serving the Commercials, Industrial, Residential, Educational and Health Care Sectors with Structural, Civil and Geo-Environmental Engineering Consulting services. 

We have a strong reputation on delivering nationwide complex solutions by undertaking a engineering value management process.

In order to meet our continuing increased workload we require a civils designer.

You will need to demonstrate a past record of designing roads (S38), drainage (S104) and external works to regulators approval.

This position is temporary but a permanent position may be available dependent on workload.

The Role:

As Assistant Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of highway and drainage design to adoptable standards
• Preparation of external works drawings and private drainage layouts
• Preparation of cut and fill drawings in line with remediation strategy
• Negotiation of discharge rates
• Preparing draft scheme for submissions
• Experience in the use of Autocad and Windes essential
• Experience in the use of 3D modelling software desirable
