Over the last 21 years Paul Waite Associates Ltd have been serving the Commercials, Industrial, Residential, Educational and Health Care Sectors with Structural, Civil and Geo-Environmental Engineering Consulting services.  We have a strong reputation on delivering nationwide complex solutions by undertaking a engineering value management process.

We need to appoint a Civil Engineer who shares our passion for winning projects for our Clients, a person who can demonstrate to us that they can develop and lead our Civil Engineering department to the next level.

The Role:

This is a chance to make a difference and shape the future of the Civil Engineering function within an organisation who have significant growth plans.

As Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing and building Client relationships
• Reviewing Highway and Drainage concept designs in order to achieve our
  engineering value management process
• Operational control of the Civils Team and setting deadlines for the Team Leaders
  to achieve
• Reviewing Team performance against targets
• Have responsibility for all civils projects
• Training and development of staff
• Determine staffing requirements
• Establish robust checking procedure and monitor
• Understand CDM
