Description: A new site adjacent to Liverpool road in Burnley. There will be a total floor area of over 222,000 sq ft of Class B1, B2 and B8 buildings. Our role will be to optimise the earthworks with our cut and fill software and then go onto design the internal site infrastructure. This will include surface water balancing and SUDS. In addition, we will co-ordinate the Phase 1 and 2 site investigation and carry out the detailed structural design of all the buildings and retaining structures.
