Description: This will be a new building adjacent to Coventry FC's Ricoh Arena Stadium. It will be a landmark building that sits at the gateway to Phoenix Way. The height of the development, overall, is 32.5 metres, which is of similar height to the stadium. The external treatment of the facades adopt low level facing brickwork, high quality, panel, cladding and glazing.
Our role will be lead civil and structural engineers to design the sub and superstructure and external infrastructure. Our fast track design will commence in January 2007 to allow the contractor to start construction work in April 2007.
During 2007, there are a further three hotel sites in for planning. These being at Corby, Sutton in Ashfield and Huntingdon.
