Description: This is a mixed use regeneration of existing mill buildings along with new build 52 townhouses and 354 1, 2 & 3 bedroomed apartments. The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway runs through the development, which also features 3000 sq metres of office space, a crèche, gym health club, mini market/post office, a swimming pool and café. The river Worth runs alongside the development. The practice is involved with full drainage and highways design for the development, co-ordination with other disciplines as well as engineering design responsibilities for the housing, apartments, commercial, leisure, existing buildings, extensive highway retaining structures and conversions of the existing mill buildings.
